From a street corner in Tijuana to the heart of Los Angeles

Angel's Tijuana Tacos wasn't born in a restaurant. It started the way most honest food does — outside, early, with someone who knew exactly what they were doing with their hands.

We brought that same knowing with us when we crossed north. Every morning, we press tortillas by hand. Every evening, the comal is waiting. No shortcuts, no compromises — just the kind of taco that makes a stranger stop mid-block and ask where you found it.
